During an interview this week on “The Kelly Clarson Show,” Hollywood performer Jane Fonda blamed the current climate issue on racism, stating “everything’s related” in her explanation of her reasoning.
In a bid to promote her newest film, “80 for Brady,” Fonda appeared on the chat program. She made an appearance with her co-stars from her latest film, which were Sally Field, Lily Yomlin, and Rita Moreno.

The four of them discussed what first inspired them to get involved in social activity and Fonda brought up the Vietnam War.
After posing for a photo on an anti-aircraft rifle during her trip to North Vietnam in 1972, Jane Fonda became notoriously known as “Hanoi Jane.” This moniker stuck with her for the rest of her career.
Kelly Clarkson, an American singer and songwriter, was the one who hosted the event. She inquired about Jane Fonda’s transition from anti-Vietnam war action to support for other causes. The well-known actress replied by stating that “everything is related.”

Rita Moreno addressed Fonda and asked her to elaborate on what she meant.
Fonda responded by asserting “they,” referring to the powers that be, contaminate poorer nations and locations because the population in such places don’t fight back as vigorously as the communities and individuals in more prosperous countries and areas.
Because of her participation in climate change rallies, Fonda has been detained more than once.
At a protest against climate change held in October 2019 on the steps of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., she was notably detained by police and charged with “crowding, impeding, or incommoding” the public.

In September 2022, Fonda revealed to the world that she had begun receiving chemotherapy.
As it turns out, her chemotherapy ended up being for the treatment of non-lymphoma Hodgkin’s and she had been stricken with the disease. She then said that she had been able to put cancer into remission as a result of her treatments.
As a result of her performances in the films “Klute” (1971) and “Coming Home” (1978), Fonda was awarded the Academy Award twice. In addition, she became well-known for her performances in the films “Fun With Dick and Jane” (1977) and “Barbarella” (1968).
Throughout her career, Jane Fonda has garnered a great deal of acclaim and, as a result, she is a highly acclaimed actor. On February 3, her newest film, “80 for Brady,” will be released in theaters.
However, there is conjecture that she engages in contentious behavior and makes controversial statements in order to remain relevant and in the news.
