In a posting on Truth Social on Friday, previous President Trump declared he will bring forward Fourth Amendment action challenging the FBI’s “criminal” raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Right before the crucial midterms, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “A big motion related to the 4th Amendment will shortly be filed regarding the unlawful break-in of my house, Mar-a-Lago.”
The Details
In addition to claiming the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago infringed on his rights, as well as those of all Americans, the past president claimed it was a part of a longer-running witch hunt.
Trump continued:
“My rights were violated to a degree that has never previously been witnessed in our nation, along with the liberties of all Americans. Not to mention, they spied on my campaign.”
“For six years, the fraudsters have been the pushers of the largest witch hunt in American history with no repercussions. It shouldn’t be permitted to go on like this!”
Following the Mar-a-Lago search earlier this month, Trump and the FBI have been engaged in a public spat that will likely intensify with his imminent Fourth Amendment action.

Eric Trump, who assured Sean Hannity the raid video will be made public “at the correct moment,” said Donald Trump is thinking about doing so.
The former president further said during the raid, the FBI “stole” his passports.
Even though FBI officers “seized three cards pertaining to President Trump,” the Department of Justice (DOJ) eventually acknowledged this in accordance with an email from a senior DOJ official that was made public by Trump’s former campaign manager.

Chris Wallace of CNN said on Friday that the reason why Trump’s attorneys skipped the meeting to declassify the Mar-a-Lago affidavit is likely because there is a lot in the records “that is really harmful” to Trump.
“So, Chris, there was a trial before a court in Florida about whether to reveal the affidavit to support the warrant to search into Mar-a-Lago,” co-host John Berman said.
Only for the arguments did Donald Trump have attorneys present. Why is it significant only that they were there as spectators and nothing more?
