Time and time again, former Vice President Joe Biden continues to show Americans that his mental stability is declining with each passing second. The 2020 Democrat doesn’t know what state he’s in, confuses his years of service as vice president, and messes up on basic facts. Unfortunately, Democrats have allowed Biden to get away with this, largely due to his name recognition and service as Obama’s vice president.

President Trump was truly accurate when he stated that Obama took Biden “off the trash heap,” but even this can only help Biden so much. In the wake of the 2020 Democrat’s plethora of verbal blunders, stories about hairy legs, and decision to gnaw on his wife’s finger, he’s down in the polls.
Biden may see yet another swift drop, seeing as he recently forgot the years of Obama’s presidency, per reports from The Daily Caller News Foundation.
A Closer Look at Biden’s Latest Slip-Up
The former vice president’s latest embarrassing blunder came when he referenced 1976 as a year of the Obama administration when responding to a question. Shortly thereafter, Biden corrected himself and cited 2014.
As sound-minded Americans know, the Obama administration lasted from 2009 to 2017. Where Biden got 1976 from remains a mystery and it’s a matter which he’s declined to address or provide clarity on. At this point, Biden’s blunders are simply becoming par for the course in this 2020 presidential election.

In the footage seen above, Biden not only states the incorrect year, but he also stumbles, fumbles, and speaks with very low energy. The fact that Democrat elites are backing Biden and pulling their strings to get him to win the party’s nomination speaks volumes. Either Democrat Party leaders truly are that far gone or they aren’t serious about winning the 2020 election after all.
Trump will rip Biden to shreds in the general election if Democrats are foolish enough to give him the nomination.
Losing the Confidence of Democrat Voters
Biden may have various special interest groups and PACs backing him behind the scenes, but Democrat voters are nervous. They’ve seen what President Trump is like in debates and they’ve seen how Biden can barely make it through two sentences without fumbling. This is a real issue for the Democrat Party.

At the end of the day, only time will tell whether or not Biden goes on to win his party’s nomination. However, if the polls are any indication, Democrat voters are certainly losing confidence in Biden’s ability to serve as a real, credible threat to President Trump.
