Throughout a gaffe-filled presentation in Delaware on Friday, President Joe Biden casually insulted the Irish while also making a mistake regarding his wife’s family background. He was clearly confused.
Anti-Irish and Apparently Italian Too
During a convention center on veterans’ welfare in New Castle, Delaware, Biden made an inexplicable comment to 102-year-old World War II combat vet Ray Firmani, saying he may be Irish, but he isn’t stupid.

Biden proceeded to say he wed Dominic Giacoppa’s daughter. So, according to him, he’s picked up some Italian along the way.
The crowd of military veterans and government officials responded to the off-script statements by remaining silent and perplexed; however, critics on Twitter took comical offense at the ethnic slur.
“Hate crime,” the reporter Mary Margaret Olohan, who describes herself as Irish and Catholic, said on her Facebook page with a video recording of the offensive interaction.
According to what writer Jerry Dunleavy of the Washington Examiner stated, it was nothing more than “trivial old-school anti-Irish stereotyping.”
Others noted Biden had gotten the genealogy of his wife Jill’s family mixed up.

Intellectual Capacity
According to Steve Guest, a communication systems adviser for Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, Giacoppa was, in fact, Jill Biden’s grandfather, not her father. Joe Biden consistently makes the most idiotic mistakes.
Critics have regularly cast doubt on Joe Biden’s capacity for intellectual stability.
The mental acuity of the president, who is 80 years old and has made several embarrassing mistakes, has been called into doubt by many.
The bizarre statements, which were a rehash of a line Biden used on St. Patrick’s Day earlier this year, came just before the 80-year-old president spun a sequentially inconceivable yarn.
This evoked an apparent mythology Purple Heart for his uncle Frank Biden, who fought in World War II.
They were the most recent in a string of errors, slip-ups, and flat-out lies that Biden made over his entire career in public life, which spans over half a century.
As the oldest person to ever hold the office of president of the United States, Joe Biden’s mental acuity has been increasingly called into question.
This is especially true after he searched a crowd in September for the late Representative Jackie Walorski (R-IN), just six weeks after officially mourning her passing and contacting her family to express sympathy.
In the end, we wonder how he’s still the president of the most powerful country in the world. To make matters worse, he’s still going to run for the presidency in 2024 and there are still Americans ready and willing to vote for him, despite his failures.
However, we hope there’ll be more sensible Americans in the coming election to take a stand against having an incapacitated man as president.
