Biden Immigration Reform Leads to Mass Traffic at Miami Airport

Joe Biden has repeatedly come under fire for how much illegal immigration has worsened on his watch. The president and his administration repeatedly ignore the numbers showing more border crossings, both in the South and the North.

Now, Biden’s come up with a new immigration parole program that permits 30,000 migrants to come from four different nations. Republicans have filed a lawsuit against it.

Since there is a possibility that legal action from the GOP could bring about an end to this policy, migrants who can benefit from it are now rushing to the Miami airport in order to enter the states while they still can.

This has led to significant traffic and backup at the airport, according to Fox News.

A Closer Look at Choas Facing Miami’s Airport

Nations eligible for tens of thousands of migrants to enter under Biden’s new plan are Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Since the lawsuit filed by Republicans, migrants are not only entering the country via Miami’s airport, but they’re also explaining what’s driving their course of action.

Some migrants have expressed their interest in being able to get older relatives into the United States before the potential end of Biden’s immigration plan.

They’ve likewise stressed their home nations aren’t the greatest places to live and they want to relocate to America for better lives.

The lawsuit from Republicans stresses that US states have been crushed by illegal immigration. On top of that, the GOP maintains that Biden’s program is allowing people into the United States, despite them having no serious basis for entry.

A Verdict Later This Year

On Tuesday, April 25, a judge is ultimately going to determine whether or not Biden’s parole program is going to be stayed until the lawsuit works its way through the court system.

In the meantime, it’s safe to assume the Miami International Airport is going to continue seeing high rates of travel from migrants looking to take advantage of Biden’s program.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration has ignored claims from Republicans about the problems associated with his program. Unfortunately, there is a pattern of the president ignoring the downfalls of various policies he’s put forward, both concerning immigration and other affairs.

If there is a stay placed on Biden’s parole program, his administration will likely fight it and try to appeal. Republicans, on the other hand, have been clear that illegal immigration and policies that facilitate it both need to come to an end.

What do you think about the chaos at the Miami International Airport ever since Biden’s parole program went into effect? Do you believe the program is ultimately going to be stayed by the courts later this year? You’re welcome to let us know in the comments area below.
