Between November 3, 2020 to earlier this month, Americans heard quite a bit about the voting software known as Dominion Voting Systems.
Dominion took quite a bit of heat amid reports that the software switched Trump votes to Biden votes, participated in convoluted schemes to steal the election from Trump, etc.
The software company came out multiple times amid these allegations to clear the air and assert themselves as innocent against the aforementioned accusations. One spokesperson for Dominion Voting Systems even stated that the software simply isn’t capable of flipping or switching out votes.
However, pro-Trump attorneys like Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell continued forward with their claims about Dominion Voting Systems. Therefore, Washington Examiner confirms that Dominion is suing Giuliani for more than $1.3 billion dollars.
Dominion Voting Systems vs. Rudy Giuliani
In Dominion’s hefty lawsuit, the company alleges Giuliani’s culpability in a “viral disinformation campaign” against them. In a 107-page statement, the voting software group states that they’ve suffered “indivisible injuries” including harassment, death threats, defamation, stalking of employees, and more.
Rudy Giuliani on his radio show a few minutes ago:
" … as far as this election is concerned, it's over. Biden's the president, she's the vice president. "

Giuliani is furthermore accused of “cashing in” on the “Big Lie” that he spread about Dominion’s voting machines and systems. Dominion Voting System also maintains in their lawsuit that when the company asked the Trump attorney to withdraw “false claims,” Giuliani just “doubled down.”
After slamming the lawyer’s remarks that he’d like to “take discovery on Dominion,” the voting software company stated that discovery goes both ways.
Additional Lawsuits from Dominion Voting Systems
Last month, Dominion reached out to multiple Trump attorneys, telling them to hold onto documents regarding their company.
As such, Dominion Voting Systems confirms that their company is gearing up for additional lawsuits. The voting software company isn’t at all pleased with those it believes engaged in a “disinformation campaign” and therefore intends to pursue them legally.
Today legal representatives for #DominionVotingSystems filed a defamation complaint against Rudy Giuliani in the US District Court for the District of Columbia. He continues to make demonstrably false claims and we intend to hold him and others who amplify such claims to account.

Dominion is expected to bring additional lawsuits against Sidney Powell as well. Powell, who promised the nation “biblical evidence” proving that Trump won re-election never delivered on this promise. In fact, some of Powell’s statements became so outlandish that the Trump legal team intentionally distanced themselves from her.
Like Giuliani, Powell received notices from Dominion that urged her to retract her claims about the company; although, Powell, too, refused to comply.
