Contrary to the narrative being peddled by the Democrats, there is absolutely no merit to the ongoing Russia investigation. The lack of merit has been exposed once again due to the lack of findings from the Senate Intelligence Committee.
As affirmed by Townhall, the Senate Intelligence Committee has found utterly no evidence to prove that President Trump colluded with the Russian government in order to win the 2016 election.
The Biggest Nothingburger in American History
Democrats have managed to keep the Russia investigation underway since 2017. Their refusal to accept that the president justly and fairly beat Hillary Clinton has cost taxpayers millions of dollars. In the coming weeks, talk of the probe reaching its conclusion has occurred amongst Americans.
NBC News released a public statement regarding the current state of the Russia probe. A notable excerpt from their statement read as follows:
“After two years and 200 interviews, the Senate Intelligence Committee is approaching the end of its investigation into the 2016 election, having uncovered no direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, according to both Democrats and Republicans on the committee.”
GOP Sen. Richard Burr also announced that there is absolutely no proof to evidence that the president or his associates colluded with the Russian government in 2016:
“If we write a report based upon the facts that we have, then we don’t have anything that would suggest there was collusion by the Trump campaign and Russia.”
Despite the realities surrounding the Russia probe, Democrats have never allowed facts to stop them from pushing their agendas. Therefore, the American people should not expect to hear the last of the Russia investigation just yet. As a matter of fact, it would not be shocking for Democrats to call for the probe to go on just a little longer, despite the aforementioned statements.
