Socialist Bernie Sanders is doing all he can to maintain his current momentum in the primary election.
After walking away with a win in New Hampshire, Sanders is leading his Democrat opponents in Nevada, while seeking to maintain this lead by campaigning. With the socialist’s newfound primary momentum comes an even greater target on his back. Other 2020 contenders are quite eager to pull themselves up at the expense of tearing Sanders down a few pegs.

It turns out that his rivals are not the only ones Sanders has to worry about. Yesterday afternoon, the socialist’s rally was temporarily overtaken by topless protesters with a message, as documented by Fox News.
Why Topless Protesters Crashed Sanders’ Rally
Apparently, the topless protesters wanted to get the socialist candidate’s attention. When rushing on the stage and grabbing microphones, the female protesters implored Sanders to quit “propping up” animal agriculture and the dairy industry.
In addition to tossing around fake blood, paint, and water on the stage, one of the protesters stated that she “believes” in Sanders and identifies as his “biggest supporter.” Needless to say, the protesters were rapidly escorted from the premises by security. Following their removal from the Nevada rally came arrests for indecent exposure.
Shortly after this incident, Sanders attempted to regroup, telling his supporters that “there’s always” some excitement in Nevada.
A Magnet for Nutcases?
Believe it or not, the events that transpired yesterday are not the first time that Sanders has attracted questionable individuals to his rallies. During his 2016 campaign for the presidency, two topless women with “Feel the Bern” pasties were taken into custody by authorities after removing their clothes.

Quite frankly, Sanders’ tendency to attract far-out characters shouldn’t come as a shock. Remember this is not only a socialist, but also a presidential candidate who promises free college, free healthcare, free high-speed internet access, removal of medical debt, removal of student loan debt, etc., to his impressionable, naive supporters. Only time will tell what other crazies are drawn to Sanders and his campaign events.
