Trump Raises Eyebrows With New Warning in Iowa

The 2024 presidential election is heating up, but notably on the Republican side. So far, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and former President Trump have declared themselves as 2024 candidates.

Meanwhile, other Republicans, like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, are heavily expected to also declare their own candidacies in this race. It still remains to be seen how many GOP contenders in total get into the election for the sake of winning the nomination.

On the Democratic side, Joe Biden has yet to reveal his plans to seek reelection. Although he’s still heavily expected to make this announcement at some point. It remains to be seen when that is.

Nonetheless, GOP members who are in the race are campaigning and working to make their case to voters. For Trump, this involved making a bold claim while in Iowa, as reported by Breitbart News.

Averting World War III?

There is no doubt that many Americans have serious concerns about what the future holds. Right now, inflation is a disaster. Multiple banks in this country have completely gone under and access to resources is becoming more scarce.

During a speech in Davenport, Trump told the audience that he’s the sole presidential candiate who can prevent World War III from coming to fruition. The former president alleged that he’ll have the war between Ukraine and Russia “settled” if he manages to win the 2024 race.

Later, Trump even said he’s got what it takes to have a deal resolved between Ukraine and Russia within a 24-hour timeframe. From there, the former president also stated that were he in office now, Putin never would have invaded Ukraine in the first place.

Upon further emphasizing the perils that would come along with World War III, Trump detailed his plans for securing the southern border, protecting US energy, and otherwise preserving America’s greatness.

Uncertain Times For the United States

Many Americans can agree that with the Biden administration in charge, there is a lot of uncertainty and nervousness about what’s to come. So far, the current president has not taken meaningful action to put these concerns to bed or assure the American public that he’s got things under control.

As the 2024 presidential election carries on, candidates will have to be prepared to address the concerns of the American people. They’ll have to be able to reach Americans where it counts and provide comprehensive solutions to the myraid problems that everyday people are struggling with.
