A new year and new decade is officially here. With 2020 comes a lot of interesting, forthcoming events in the political world, such as this year’s presidential election, the continuation of the impeachment sham, congressional elections, etc.
With 2020 also comes another year where President Trump will continue working for the good of the American people. The president and first family rang in the new year and new decade at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, per reports from Breitbart News.

During this time, the president spoke with the press about a series of matters from impeachment to foreign policy, the economy, and his predictions of what lies ahead in 2020. Trump’s time in Mar-a-Lago also included his welcoming of various guests to celebrate and ring in the new year.
Reviewing Trump’s Remarks About 2020
The president first kicked things off with optimistic predictions regarding the new year and new decade.
Trump explained that he believes 2020 will be a “great year” and a “fantastic year.” He also pointed out the economic growth which maintained throughout his previous years in office, while explaining that this positive trend will persist in 2020 and beyond. In the president’s own words, America is “set” for more jobs and further growth.
In the wake of the newfound conflict in Iraq, Trump also answered various inquiries about this situation. According to the president, American Marines arrived “instantaneously” as soon as the United States became aware of attacks from protesters on Baghdad’s American embassy. Trump explained that such attacks will not stand and that this situation won’t turn into one like Benghazi.
Finally, Trump moved along to Democrats’ impeachment sham, calling it a “disgrace.” The 45th president then expressed an interest in the Senate trial before confirming that he will win this year’s election. Trump explained that if the press coverage of 2020’s presidential race is “honorable,” then he’ll win re-election by substantial amounts.
What Awaits Americans in 2020?
Only time will tell what all else awaits the people of this great nation. However, the actions which the left took between 2016-2019 will greatly impact them politically, not just this year, but also during future years to come.

At the forefront of politics will be the presidential election and the congressional elections. Due to the antics of the Democrats, it won’t be shocking if they lose their House majority; it also won’t come as a surprise if Republicans manage to strengthen their current majority in the Senate.
The American people are tired of the shenanigans from leftists.
