On Friday, President Trump traveled to Tupelo, Mississippi in order to gather with supporters. This rally serves as the latest of the president’s Keep America Great re-election campaign.
As the 2020 Democrats duke things out on their end and struggle to raise capital, Trump is running a successful re-election campaign which is backed by presidential accomplishments and kept promises to the American people.
During Trump’s time in Mississippi, he spoke about 2020 Democrat Joe Biden, as confirmed by Breitbart News. When convening with his supporters, the president pointed out Biden’s countless flaws in addition to reasons why the former vice president is not a political threat.
Biden has consistently faced issues throughout what is now his third attempt to become president.
Reviewing Trump’s Latest Comments on Biden
As Biden seeks the presidency, he attempts to brand himself as a formidable foe that President Trump fears. Only in Biden’s own mind is he formidable; let’s not forget that this is a candidate who repeatedly makes verbal gaffes about his years of vice-presidential service, the names of foreign leaders, etc.
Per his own admission, Biden believes that he possesses the ability to “beat [Trump] like a drum.” These are fancy words, but they simply don’t hold up in reality. When speaking with supporters in Mississippi, the president explained precisely why Biden is not a formidable opponent.
Trump directly censured Biden for getting “slower and slower” throughout the 2020 election. Furthermore, the commander-in-chief slammed Biden as a “delusional Democrat fantasy” who will lower TV ratings if he manages to weasel his way into winning his party’s nomination.
At this time, Biden’s campaign is strapped for cash and he’s therefore accepting financial backing from super PACs. Additionally, the former vice president is amping up his anti-Second Amendment talk, going as far as to assert that “assault rifles” ought to be “banned” in America.
Will Biden Face Trump in 2020?
As it stands now, the Democrat Party does appear to be grooming Biden for the party’s nomination. In many regards, the former vice president is shaping up to be the Hillary Clinton of 2020. Clinton had her superdelegates to help her beat out her opponents; Biden now has his super PACs along with the name recognition from being Obama’s vice president for eight years.
Like Clinton, Biden is ensnared in corruption and full of hubris. On multiple occasions, Biden has lied to the American public about his dirty dealings and quid-pro-quo with Ukraine, just as Clinton lied about her infamous email scandal.
In another parallel to Clinton, Biden will undoubtedly face a humiliating defeat at the hands of President Trump if the Democrats are foolish enough to nominate him.
