At this point in the 2020 presidential election, it is very much looking like the Supreme Court will have the final say in determining which candidate is president for the next four years.
Right now, multiple states have joined Texas in a lawsuit regarding various managements of the 2020 race. This lawsuit is aimed for the Supreme Court’s review, although whether or not the body even agrees to hear the case is another matter entirely. Some Americans remain hopeful and optmistic, whereas others are already predicting that the Supreme Court will toss out this suit.
Various state and federal courts have already thrown out lawsuits from Republicans and the Trump legal team seeking to overturn wins and certifications for Biden. Unless some real changes come about shortly, a “Biden administration” may soon become a reality in America.
This is something that President Trump warned about on Twitter earlier this morning, Breitbart News confirms.
Trump on a “Biden Administration” in America
The president warned that should a “Biden administration” come into inception, it would be a “mess” tainted by countless scandals for years on end. Trump then stated that in order to prevent this from happening, it is imperative for the Supreme Court to “follow the Constitution” and save the country.
Now that the Biden Administration will be a scandal plagued mess for years to come, it is much easier for the Supreme Court of the United States to follow the Constitution and do what everybody knows has to be done. They must show great Courage & Wisdom. Save the USA!!!

This is presumably a reference to the aforementioned Texas lawsuit that Republicans are hoping the Supreme Court will agree to hear. Conservatives also remain optimistic that the lawsuit’s support from multiple other states will increase its credibility in the eyes of the court.
Ultimately, however, time will be the determining factor in whether or not the Supreme Court hears the case and rules in favor of the plaintiffs.
Reactions to Trump’s Warning
Since the president’s warning about what a “Biden administration” would involve, his critics have descended upon the post.
As of late Friday morning, “#TrumpConceded,” “Save The USA,” and “#TimeLoserTrump” trended on Twittter. The president’s detractors are making the case that a mere mention of a “Biden administration” serves as a concession on Trump’s end.
Now it turns out that the Democrats want the Pack the Court with 26 Justices. This would be terrible, and must be stopped. Even Justice RBG was strongly opposed!

Thus far, there is no word on whether or not the Supreme Court will agree to hear the Texas lawsuit regarding the 2020 presidential election.
