In the latest evidence of the abysmal health and mental/physical states of mind, Russia’s bloodthirsty dictator, Vladimir Putin, staged a bewildering public display of child abuse.
He made schoolchildren quarantine for two weeks before meeting with him. Then, Putin brainwashed them with Russian “greatness” propaganda against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine.
Later, he giggled at a “rubber bum” joke that he made himself.
Close to the Masses in Russian Enclave
Putin staged on Thursday one of his public appearances designed to bring him “closer” to the “masses.” Never mind that he allegedly enjoys a $200 billion hidden fortune and they don’t.
The event was on the occasion of September 1, the start of the Russian school year. High-performance middle-school students got to participate in a conversation with the Moscow tyrant in the city of Kaliningrad.
Kaliningrad, with a population of over one million people, is a former German territory snatched by Russia at the end of World War II. Today, it stands as a Russian exclave sandwiched between US allies Poland and Lithuania.

In the Ukraine war, Putin’s troops have been stopped, bogged down, and beaten back all over the map by plucky Ukrainians, whose mountains of bravery have been aided massively by western weaponry.
Sickly, Creepy Dictator with Schoolchildren
Putin’s schoolchildren meeting on Thursday quickly became another painful-to-watch public display of his ill health. The entire time, he was twitching his legs “manically,” according to a report by The Daily Mail.
There have been very adamant, persistent reports that the Moscow autocrat, who’s turning 70 next month, is suffering from some kind of cancer, as well as Parkinson’s disease.
While he was talking and listening to the schoolchildren in Kaliningrad, he seemed sick, kept squirming in his chair, and kept clutching the armrest or the microphone.
Both the leg twitching and the table or chair gripping have become “signature” behaviors displayed by Putin during his infrequent public appearances over the past few months.
Putin’s child abuse continued during the event. He just kept up the work of his regime propaganda as he taught kids the history of Russia they’re learning has to be approved by the Kremlin.
He also brainwashed them into believing that neighbor Ukraine, the victim of more than six months of Russian aggression now (not counting the original partial Putin invasion of Crimea and Donbass back in 2014), is nothing but an “anti-Russian enclave.”
The Moscow dictator argued Russia and Ukraine ought to be one country, seemingly longing for the more than 300 years prior to the Soviet collapse of 1991 when a downtrodden Ukraine was at Moscow’s mercy.
While he was giving the high-achieving Kaliningrad students his “skewed history lesson,” he also made a bizarre joke to teach them about the importance of being hard-working.
He declared the ability to do hard work is a “talent in itself” and it is not “a rubber bum.”
Apparently, the joke wasn’t funny and made little sense even in Russian. The schoolchildren were baffled on how to react; the only one chuckling at it was the creepy Moscow dictator himself.
