Over the course of the 2020 presidential election, Democrats have made their interest and support of illegal aliens over Americans citizens very clear. We’ve seen this time and time again as left-wing candidates call to raise taxes in order to give illegal aliens free healthcare, free housing, and now, “back pay” for under-the-table employment. The truth of the matter is that Democrats’ hatred for Trump has driven them so far to the left that it’s ridiculous.

New developments reported by Breitbart News confirm that 2020 Democrat Elizabeth Warren believes that illegal aliens who work in the United States should be given “back pay.”
Of course, working in America as an illegal alien is, well, illegal, but Democrats are all about pandering to that base. In order to give back pay to illegals, Warren strives to make changes to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).

Warren’s case for giving back pay to illegal aliens alleges that employers shouldn’t be allowed to “exploit” them. What she fails to realize is that people who unlawfully enter the country are not allowed to work; they should be rightfully deported to their homelands, not rewarded and incentivized to remain in the country and continue breaking the law.
Of course, Warren is a far-left socialist, so she’s all for rewarding illegal immigration. After all, she’s already come out and confirmed that she believes unlawful border crossings ought to be “decriminalized.”
It’s really not a shock to review her following written statements which express her interest in awarding illegal aliens with back pay.
“Ensuring employers can’t exploit undocumented workers and drive down standards for all workers: The 2002 Supreme Court case Hoffman Plastic Compounds v. NLRB held that an undocumented worker could not receive the back pay he was owed from an employer who had violated the NLRA. That 5–4 ruling is wrong and denies millions of undocumented workers redress for illegal firings or other retaliatory conduct by an employer.”
Warren then concludes her written statements by vowing to “fight” the NLRA.

It’s truly unfortunate that the Democrat Party continues to prioritize criminals over law-abiding Americans. Time and time again, Democrats show that they have no qualms with taking money away from hardworking people and giving it to entitled criminals; then, Democrats turn around and act as if they’re the champions of the working class.
