As the legal disputes continue to play out in this 2020 presidential election, some people are questioning where Trump’s path to victory lies. While his detractors are more than eager to assert that the election is over, other Americans do have legitimate questions and concerns.
The media has rushed with the untrue narrative of the election being over and squarely in Biden’s favor. While the mainstream press crowns the former vice president as “president-elect,” this still remains to be seen. To this day, some states are having a tough time deciding whether or not to certify their results.
With all that being said, it is natural for the American people to have inquiries throughout this process; that’s why White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany appeared on Fox & Friends yesterday to share new information, confirms Newsmax.
McEnany on the 2020 Presidential Election
During her time on Fox & Friends, the White House press secretary explained that hundreds of affidavits, “real systematic claims,” unlawfully cast votes, etc., are all at play here. McEnany also explained that federal courts and SCOTUS will ultimately ensure that justice is carried out in this election.
In addition to noting that Trump’s path to victory lies in the courts, McEnany also spoke of disturbing issues of voter fraud in Pennsylvania. Per the White House press secretary, multiple Pennsylvania residents tried to vote in person, only to hear that someone else cast a ballot on their behalf via mail.

Suffice it to say, voting for another person is illegal; likewise, dumping and backdating ballots is unlawful, as is running ballots through tabulation machines more than once and using computing software to flip votes.
Finally, McEnany also zinged the mainstream media for its complicity in voter fraud and attempts to delegitimize the Trump team’s work towards an honest, fair election. McEnany also reiterated that the press will not succeed in efforts to conceal fraud in the 2020 presidential race.
Pressing Ahead in the 2020 Election
Towards the end of last week, President Trump’s legal team called upon Georgia to recount votes for a second time in a row; this time, however, the Peach State will be expected to include signature checks in their recount of ballots. This is something that did not happen during the initial recount.
It’s all about the signatures on the envelopes. Why are the Democrats fighting so hard to hide them. We will find massive numbers of fraudulent ballots. The signatures won’t match. Fight hard Republicans. Don’t let them destroy the evidence! https://t.co/qN2jHGeWEN

Following the dismissal of a Pennsylvania lawsuit, courtesy of an Obama-appointed judge, Trump’s lawyers released a statement. In this statement, Giuliani and Ellis affirmed that they will take their concerns about equal protection violations before the Third Circuit Court; both attorneys also confirmed that this brings them closer and closer to the Supreme Court.
