The disciplinary committee’s 38-page report was scathing, noting Giuliani’s lack of evidence for his fraud claims and highlighting the reckless nature of his accusations. “He claimed massive election fraud but had no evidence of it,” the panel wrote, emphasizing that Giuliani’s actions severely undermined the integrity of the legal system. The report also criticized Giuliani’s refusal to acknowledge any wrongdoing, further justifying the need for disbarment.
Giuliani’s legal troubles began in earnest following the 2020 election. In 2021, his law license was suspended in New York for making demonstrably false and misleading statements about the election results. This suspension was a precursor to the D.C. panel’s final recommendation, which is expected to be reviewed by the D.C. Court of Appeals for final approval.

What a crying shame. The proof of fraud CAN be produced. Ask Patrick Colbeck in Michigan. He wrote a book which lays everything that was fraudulent out very easily to see. Also, Mike Lindell had experts on a special series who proved how the voting machines were easily able to be breached by others wanting to change the votes (which they did). Also….Dinesh D’Souza produced a documentary called “2,000 Mules” which shows the actual stuffing of the drop boxes. They even interviewed people who were caught doing it. They admitted being paid off by the D Party and received money for their efforts. (Good money!!) And they followed a person whose job it was to deliver ballots that were filled out by others in a warehouse setting….the same people kept filling out over and over, the same boxes checked, but placed others names from a long list given to them of deceased or duplicate ballots. She was paid very handsomely also. So do not condemn this man for his belief that the 2020 election was a fraud. We, who have eyes, see and we who have ears, hear!! We know the truth beyond a doubt and Trump should still be President. It was a coup against him – just like they are doing to him now! They are demonic nut cases. Our nation is now destroyed because of these thugs. Prayers for Rudy….I hope he is encouraged by so many who know he was simply caring for all of us who were cheated out of our right to vote for Trump in 2020.
This is complete and utter BS!!! What happened to free speech? Since when is claiming something (even is some people think it is untrue) become a crime in a country that has a 1st Amendment that is suppose to protect this right? Joe Biden makes false claims about things every single day. If Giuliani is disbarred for his comments, don’t you think Biden should be impeached for his comments?
