WEEKS OR MONTHS LATER HE’S APPROACHED AND TOLD THAT IF HE DOESN’T VOTE ” NO” ON A BILL, HIS RENDEZVOUS WILL BE MADE PUBLIC, TO HIS WIFE AND FAMILY, AND TO HIS CONSTITUENTS.
